Worst purchase I could have made
I purchased this item for my lower back after only 2 weeks of use the whole thing burnt up in my microwave. I read the instructions and it said not to heat longer then 2 minutes but when I tried the 2 minutes the product burned up completely. Very disappointed and in pain without a wrap for my back. Perhaps its best served in the freezer in lieu of the microwave.

Ahh...feeels oh so good :-))
I admit, Im a sucker for anything that makes me feel good or better, I like gadgets and I love the ease of the microwaveable heating pads. Ran across this while in BBB and said ok, Im gonna try this one, it's not as big and square as the one at home but I like that there are handle loops on both ends and this looks EASY to KEEP around my neck when I want it on my neck...(my other one is better for the back while sitting in my desk chair or on my belly when cramping etc. or even sitting on. This is great for the neck or to dangle off my shoulder on either side...the softness of it is ohhh so soft and the scent is so relaxing ...mind you, Im usually a person that doesn't like scents as it triggers headaches or allergies right away...this one doesnt do nothing but make me feel very relaxed. In fact, I've been using it all morning and I started out like the directions stated to do in 30 second intervals in micro....now Im just hitting anywhere from 35 seconds (twice) so a minute is good to start...not sure about 2 mins yet. When you have this on for a bit then take it off it almost feels as if its dampened/moist...however, I hear thats the best way to use the micro type heating pads. But thing is, it is NOT wet....just feels moist I guess because that is how SOFT and COMFY the material is. You can also take the material off and wash it. You can freeze this but I have yet to try that...I usually do the heat thing. I am now interested in more of these products I had to hop on here to write this review and to check on the sinus mask one...I think Im just going to have to pick that one up. Maybe I will make me a little goodie box of just things that make me go "ahhh" lol. This baby will go with me when I go on vacations and its lightweight as opposed to my other bigger square one I got from a craft fair made from corn. This one Im not sure exactly yet whats inside but I love this and now they just need to make a square bigger one for possibly the back or to sit on , maybe to sit on during the kids' sports games and/or practices...I like the beige color too ..it doesnt stand out and is more conspicuous I think. Again, love the handles on both ends too....hey, maybe even make an adjustable one with velcro closure or something that could actually go around the bottom back and be able to velcro it closed going around the waist...that would be great too *hint hint*.... :-)) dont stop making this product and more:))

Comfort Wrap
I suffer from migraines and have since I was about 12 years old. .Other neck wraps that you can buy that you are able to heat up or freeze just aren't as big or comfortable. This one is super soft, hold in heat and or cold very well and the extra long length allow you to use it wherever you need relief! I can even use it on my lower back, my neck, my daughter's leg when she gets cramps in her legs or even my abdomen for menstrual cramp relief! this wrap is absolutely amazing! It even has a very soothing aroma to it when you heat it up that helps to relax you as well! I have nothing bad to say about this product at all! I will tell all my friends and family about this one and encourage them to buy it!

Love it. Have used Bed Buddy for years but this is softer and plusher. Also has a velcro cover that can be removed for washing. I'm ready for a second.
