Dezcal™ Descaler for Home Coffee and Espresso Equipment (4-Pack)
Use this non-toxic, bio-degradable, citric acid based descaler for fast and effective removal of mineral deposits built up in the heating elements of home coffee brewers, espresso machines, kettles and pod/capsule machines. Simply dissolve the contents of one packet in 32-ounces of warm water and pour into the reservoir. Turn the machine on and begin the brew cycle. Rinse all components and repeat the brew cycle twice with clean water. The formula has no odor and rinses faster than vinegar. Includes four 1-ounce single use packets.

Great for Tassimo
I use filters and filtered water but it is well water and has a high mineral content. After a year the descaling light came on. I had already ordered descaler from Tassimo Direct and was sent this. It works well and I noticed a difference in the speed and flow. Just make sure you follow the direction in your Tassimo instruction manual as it is a cycle (mine you hold the brew button down) and not just run it through.
