Like the cleaning products, not the mop
I bought this kit about three months ago. When I put the mop together it broke. I took it back the next day and exchanged it for a new one. This time I had an employee put the mop together in the store in case it happened again. I really like the products, the cleaner dries very quickly and really made our floors clean and shiny. I even purchased the polish, and have liked it too. But with normal usage (mopping our small kitchen and entryway once a week) the mop broke again. The plastic parts inside the metal frame seem pretty flimsy. Like the products, not the mop.

Great Purchase!
This is a really great purchase. I bought this kit over 6 months ago, and everything is holding up (and I haven't even had to buy any extra product!!). I am starting a small cleaning business, and the mop is great & compact for traveling. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel that the mop is less sturdy than the ones that only have the connection in the middle (this one has 5 pieces), and so I feel like I can't scrub too hard. But it is a trade-off for being convenient & easy to pack up. :) I love the floor polish. The cleaner is ok - gets the job done. It was also cheaper than buying all of these products separately. I trust Bona and feel good supporting them with this purchase.
