first time reviewer I love this stool. I never write reviews, but I decided to because I was so excited about this. I was surprised to see bad reviews. It is so convenient. I have a large metal step stool but this one is so convenient if I just need to reach a kitchen shelf just beyond my reach. February 27, 2012

Cracked after 2 uses I was drawn to this step stool because you can fold it and put it away. But because it's foldable, the structure is not very strong. The 300 lb capacity is wrong. I weigh 170 and the top cracked the second time I used it. I am still keeping it around because it's not completely broken, but I suggest saving your money and go with something else. February 1, 2012
