installation hassle!
I am a DIYer, but found this product to be a true hassle to install. Hardward inadequate. No screws included if it is not being mounted in sheetrock, and the wall anchors for sheetrock installation inadequate, didn't expand behind the sheetrock. Directions inadequate and part of the directions are printed on the template which you cut out and tape to the wall; then the next step in the directions is on the back side of the template. This is definitely not a one person job, as you need to have the whole rod put together; while screwing on one side someone will need to hold up the other end or it pulls out of the wall when you let the installed end go so that you can screw on the other end.
The metal of the rod itself is fairly thin, not as thick as I would have expected from a Moen product. the nickel had a kind of yellowish tinge to it, so didn't really completely match other brushed nickel pieces I already have. Overall not impressed, but since I threw out the packaging I am stuck with it.

A little over priced
Purchased this today and installed it right away. Took me 45 min. Would've taken me 30, but as others have said, the hardware is garbage! Come on Moen, for $60 include some quality drywall anchors and I would give it 5 stars!
I always have some (E-Z Anchor) drywall anchors on hand, they work great! The outer rod is a little loose, but i don't believe it will fall. Might be a design flaw. Otherwise its not a bad product. My advise would be (do not use the included drywall anchors). You may damage your walls! Purchase your own anchors.

So Far So Good
Only have had it a month but no problems. I had a contractor install it and he did it pretty quickly without probs. Have both curtains hung on the inside and use the outside rail to hang a towel. I am a big guy and this def gives my more room in the shower.
