Good concept but to many pieces to keep track of. Do not have a door or wall where I could hang the pressing cloth. steamer heavy after a while and head to large for steaming most garments. not enough water to do anything around the house or a huge load of shirts. took mine back for a regular stand up one.

Love it but BE AWARE
My wife and I love the steamer but THERE IS 1 BIG PROBLEM. The nozzle where the steam comes out gets clogged after a few months. Be sure to clean it regularly with a pin. We didn't know this and after 10 months of owning it the nozzle got so clogged that the built up pressure destroyed the entire unit!
Shark's warranty only last 12 months so we were able to get a brand new one for a $1.00 service charge (free if you don't mind waiting 10 business days).
I highly recommend the unit, just be sure to remove the white cotton sponge thing and clean out the nozzle regularly .

too heavy for me
This steamer worked fine for me but is too heavy to use for more than one garmet. I am taking it back because it is too heavy to use for very long. I will be trying a floor model so that I can more easily use both hands to smooth and stretch the fabric, and will not have the heavy steamer to move around. My wrist was aching after steaming 2 garments

My Favorite Thing
I added this item to my registry since I wanted an easy alternative to ironing. I love it and now my husband uses it weekly for all of his shirts and pants. I use mine on dresses and pants that are made with delicate fabrics. It only takes a few minutes to warm up and the garment hanger folds up easy for storage in our linnen closet. It is a huge time saver and works wonders.
