Love Love Love It
Great product... I have not had any problems thats been reported. Easy to install no tools needed... NO leaks and the water pressure is fantastic... My BF is 6'4 and I am 5'5 and we can adjust it to suit both of us... I never write reviews but this is something that I recommend if you do everything that is on the manual shouldn't have a problem...

Not worth the time/money
We installed this shower head in our bath, and my grand daughter was excited to use a shower that could be adjusted to her height. After a few months, the main shower head, broke off shooting me in the face with water. Upon inspection it looked as if it had been glued together.

Good product
After one year, I bought the second one to install another bathroom. It is very good to use. I like the bar so that I can move the second shower close to me. Recommend this product!!

Great shower head!
I really love this shower head. I love the bar so that I can move the second shower head closer to me since I am shorter. I haven't had any problems since I purchased it months ago. I would recommended to anyone. And if you find you don't like it, take it back to BBB they're very helpful to their customers in my experience.
