SousVide Supreme

Founded in 2009, Colorado-based Eades Appliance Technology (EAT), LLC is the parent company of SousVide Supreme®; the company and the products are driven by the founders’ passion for healthy living and their love of cooking. As doctors and nutrition experts, they were intrigued by a dining experience where the food was prepared sous vide, a culinary technique in which vacuum-sealed food is immersed in a water bath and cooked at a very consistent temperature. The cooking time can be longer than other methods but the cooking temperature is much lower. This low–and–slow method yields remarkable and unique results but it is typically done only by accomplished chefs in fine restaurants because of the need for space and elaborate equipment. Their solution was to create the world’s first water oven designed to bring gourmet sous vide cooking methods into kitchens everywhere. The product line includes several water oven cooking systems along with water oven starter kits and cooking pouches.
