Staub®

Based in Solingen, Germany and established in 1731, Zwilling J.A. Henckels is one of the oldest and largest manufacturers of kitchen knives, scissors, cookware, cutlery and flatware; recognized globally as a symbol of quality, innovation and design, the company markets goods under several well known brand names. Established in 1974, Staub® is a French manufacturer of enameled cast iron cookware and bakeware; it was acquired by J.A. Henckels in 2008 but remains an independent brand. The cookware is manufactured in France with cast iron covered with double–glazed enamel which makes it rustproof and easy to clean. The colorful cast iron cookware features a special black matte enamel interior for non–stick braising and self–basting spikes; the cookware provides the perfect environment for slow–cooked, flavor–enhanced meals. Products include Dutch ovens, cocottes, saucepans, roasting dishes, baking dishes, sauté pans, tajines and more.
