B. Smith: I love to entertain, and I'll use any occasion I can to celebrate. And who better to celebrate with than the king of champaigne and caviar, Robin Leach?
Robin Leach: I am thrilled. I am thrilled that you have caviar, one of my favorite little vices in life.
B. Smith: Well, I had to have that. And we're going to have a little champagne later.
Robin Leach: Wow, now you're celebrating.
B. Smith: Now, let me start.
Robin Leach: Instead of the mess going all over the kitchen, it goes right into the - right?
B. Smith: Yep, very simple. It's a cup-and-a-half of chopped leeks.
Robin Leach: This is the tasty part. This is what adds the savory flavor. I can put all of this in, right?
B. Smith: You can. And of course, salt and pepper to taste.
Robin Leach: People get frightened when they cook interesting looking things. And there's no need to be frightened when you're in the kitchen.
B. Smith: And there are not a lot of ingredients here. And how can you go wrong?
Robin Leach: Well, two ingredients, really - potatoes, and leeks.
B. Smith: Right.
Robin Leach: In there.
B. Smith: Okay, very good.
Robin Leach: Well, that's a beautiful color.
B. Smith: That looks good, too.
Robin Leach: And the aroma of this is perfect.
B. Smith: All right, I'm going to take one off. Can you help me?
Robin Leach: Yes.
B. Smith: And we'll put it right over here.
Robin Leach: Okay. Smoked salmon onto the potato leek pancake. This is my favorite part.
B. Smith: Okay, as much as you want, Robin.
Robin Leach: Thank you.
B. Smith: Beautiful. So now that we have this, we need with our caviar, a little -
Robin Leach: There is only one thing to have with caviar - champagne.
B. Smith: Here we are.
Robin Leach: I see it over -
