Pandigital Handheld Wand Scanner
Welcome to the Pandigital Handheld Wand Scanner. Quickly and easily make digital copies of all your favorite photos and documents.
Now that you've inserted and fully charged the battery and inserted the micro SD memory card into the scanner, we'll review some Pandigital Wand Scanner basics to get you started. To power on your Pandigital Wand Scanner, press and hold the scan/power button for two seconds and release. The scan indicator light will illuminate green when powered on. After you've turned on your Pandigital Wand Scanner, you'll be able to view your options on the screen. Press the PDF/JPEG button to choose from saving your scan as a PDF file or JPEG file. PDF or JPEG will appear on the screen to inform you of your choice.
Next, press the color/BW button to choose from saving your scan in color or black and white. Color or black and white will appear on the screen to inform you of your choice. Next, press the STD/HQ button to choose from saving your scan in standard 300dpi format or high res 600dpi format. STD or HQ will appear on the screen to inform you of your choice. After choosing all your scanning options you are ready to scan your first item.
Place the scanner over your item and press the scan/power button once. The scan indicator light will illuminate green when ready. The screen will list your options and number of scans. Place your document on a flat surface and hold firmly with one hand. Place the scanner horizontally on document lining up the arrow marked on the side of the scanner with the left edge of your document. Now, press scan. Hold the scanner and glide it gently and slowly over the surface of the page. After getting to the end of your scan area, press the scan button again. If the page scans successfully a number indicating the number of storage scans appears on the screen.
