How do I place an order from a Gift Registry?

To locate a registry, simply follow the steps below:

1. Click on the Wedding & Gift Registry tab, located near the top of our homepage.

2. Type in the first & last name of the registrant or co-registrant in the Find a Registry section.

3. Click go.

4. Identify the couple you are looking for and click on their name to view their registry.

If the registry is not listed, please call us at 1 800 GO BEYOND® (1-800-462-3966). Our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you with your purchase.

How do I place a Wedding and Gift Registry order from outside the US?

Our website does not accept credit cards with billing addresses outside the U.S. To place an order from a registry, please choose from the options listed below:

Option #1: Order via email or fax - You may choose to make a selection from the registry, and email it to Customer.Service@BedBath.com or fax it to 973-785-1403. Please be sure to include the following: - Your billing address and contact number - Your credit card # and exp date - Gift message (please limit to 200 characters) - Shipping method - standard (3-8 business days) expedited (2-3 business days) express (1-2 bus. days)

Option #2: Order via telephone- Our Customer Service Representatives can accept international purchases over the phone 24 hours a day. The toll free number is 1 800 GO BEYOND® (1-800-462-3966). If you are unable to dial our toll free number please call 973-785-4333, ext 2000.

Option #3: Send an email with your telephone number and a good time to contact you to customer.service@bedbath.com. Be sure to let us know where you are located so we do not wake you up.

How do I update purchases on my registry?

Simply email us at customer.service@bedbath.com , or call us at 1-800-GO BEYOND® (1-800-462-3966) or visit one of our stores Store Locator. Be sure to provide your registry # and the exact item and quantity purchased.

How do I receive additional announcement cards for my event?

You can get additional announcement cards by visiting any Bed Bath & Beyond store or by calling 1- 800- GO BEYOND® (1-800-462-3966). For personalized announcement cards, please visit any of our stores.

Why do some items show on my registry without a picture?

Items listed on the registry that do not have pictures are not stocked in our warehouse. Though our website features most of the items found in our stores, we do not carry all of them in our warehouse. Your guests will still be able to purchase the item online or by calling 1- 800- GO BEYOND® (1-800-462-3966).

How far in advance of the wedding should we register?

Register as soon as you get engaged. There are many occasions prior to your wedding and registering early helps your guests find the perfect gift for you.

Do we need an appointment to register?

While we recommend that you make an appointment at a time that is most convenient to you, our dedicated Registry Consultants are always available, ready to make the whole experience fun and stress-free. Just walk into the store nearest you Store Locator or call to make an appointment.

What do I do if my wedding registry is not available online at bedbathandbeyond.com, wedding channel.com or theknot.com?

In the event that your registry is not available online, you should email customer.service@bedbath.com or call
1-800-GO BEYOND® (1-800-462-3966).

What if I receive duplicate gifts?

No problem- you can return or exchange any gift on your registry. Ask around- recent brides will tell you that
Bed Bath & Beyond’s return policy is one of the best reasons to register here.

For how long will my registry be available at Bed Bath & Beyond?

Your registry will remain in our system for 24 months after the date of your event. Great for anniversary gifts and holiday gift giving!

How do I update my personal information on my registry?

To make changes to your personal Information, log into your registry and:

Click on “Edit our information” located directly above your registry list.

Click the “edit box” in the section you would like to change. Make the necessary changes and click “save”.

I am moving soon, how do I ensure my gifts will arrive to my new address?

To change your future shipping address:

Log into your registry and click on “Edit our information” located directly above your registry list.

Click the “edit box” in the section you would like to change. Make the necessary changes and click “save”.

My local store doesn't carry luggage? Can my guests still purchase it for me?

Yes, of course! Any of our hundreds of thousands of items may be ordered in any of our stores. Guests can also purchase luggage online. Any item that is on your registry but not available in a store will ship for free.
