The changing pad is made of polyurethane foam covered with wipe-clean PEVA (non-PVC) vinyl. The fabric pad cover is 100% Cotton, while the outside of the hamper and basket is 80% Polyester/20% Cotton. The hamper and basket are lined with non-woven fabric for easy cleaning.
