Care Tip: 

Receiving the duvet insert: To ensure quick shipping and economic package, we use vacuum packaging. If the duvet looks flat after opening, simply give it a shake and let it place for a few days to regain its fluffiness. Since the filling is protein-based and has been compressed for packaging, a slight odor may occur. Do not wash it—just simply air it out in a well-ventilated area for 24 hours or more, and the odor will dissipate.
