Story Behind the Art:
Tabreeze rugs, named after their city of origin in Turkey, have maintained their enduring popularity thanks to their exceptional quality, remarkable durability, and an extensive range of design options. These rugs, crafted using the Turkish knot instead of the Perzian knot, are renowned for their impressive uniformity and perfectly symmetrical patterns, making them both lighter and thinner than other Perzian rugs. The color palette can vary from bold and contrasting shades to subtle and even pastel tones, offering a wide spectrum of choices. The designs encompass a diverse array of Perzian rug motifs, ranging from classic medallions to all-over patterns that seamlessly integrate palmettes into the borders. This versatility makes Tabreeze rugs truly distinctive and sought after in the world of rug artistry.
Please keep in mind that new wool rugs may initially shed and have a natural capacity to shed for several months after purchase. This is normal due to the nature of construction of most wool rugs and not a defect. Click here to view our Wool Rug Care Guide.
Tip: We recommend the use of a non-skid pad to keep the rug in place on smooth surfaces.
All rug sizes are approximate. Due to the difference of monitor colors, some rug colors may vary slightly. We try to represent all rug colors accurately. Please refer to the text above for a description of the colors shown in the photo.
