Customers appreciate the couch's aesthetic, noting its beautiful color and modern design, with some finding the fabric soft and of good quality. However, some find the couch stiff and uncomfortable, with concerns about the cushions, particularly the Velcro attachments and their tendency to shift. Overall, this couch is a decent purchase that serves its purpose.
