BED BATH & BEYOND GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS ISSUED BY O.COM GIFT CARDS, INC.The Bed Bath & Beyond gift card issued after August 1, 2023, and the previously-issued Overstock.com gift card that was honored on overstock.com (collectively "Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card") is issued by O.com Gift Cards, Inc., a Utah corporation, and will be honored on bedbathandbeyond.com based on the terms and conditions set forth in this document. These terms and conditions are issued by O.com Gift Cards, Inc. as the issuer of the Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card and govern its purchase, use, redemption on bedbathandbeyond.com, and other terms. Note that these terms and conditions DO NOT apply to gift cards issued by Bed Bath & Beyond prior to August 1, 2023.
GENERALThe Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card may only be used to buy goods on bedbathandbeyond.com. Card balances cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards, international orders, or other goods or services so designated in these terms and conditions. Not redeemable for cash in New Jersey, or in any other state unless required by law. Not a credit or debit card. Not reloadable. Safeguard your card - it will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen or used without authorization. Purchase, use or acceptance of a Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms. For inquiries contact us at 1-800-843-2446.
PURCHASEThe Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card may be purchased in both a physical and electronic format. To purchase a Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card, click here.
REDEMPTIONThe amount used from any Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card toward a purchase at bedbathandbeyond.com will be deducted by O.com Gift Cards, Inc. from the Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card balance upon use. Any unused balance will be placed by O.com Gift Cards, Inc. in the recipient's "Gift Card Balance" which can be located by clicking on "My Account" and then clicking the "Account Settings" tab. If an order exceeds the amount of the Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card balance, Bed Bath & Beyond requires that the excess must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method. To view your Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card balance, click on "My Account" and then the "Account Settings" tab.
LIMITATIONS- The Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card may only be used to purchase goods on bedbathandbeyond.com.
- The Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card may not be used to purchase other Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Cards.
- The Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card may not be used for international orders.
- The Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law.
- Unused Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card balances may not be transferred after the Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card balance is loaded into the "My Account" as described above.
- The Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card may not be used for illegal or fraudulent transactions.
The Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card does not expire and has no fees.
RISK OF LOSSTake caution to safeguard the Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card. The risk of loss and title to the Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card passes to the purchaser or intended recipient upon tender to the carrier (in the case of a physical Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card) or upon transmission (in the case of an electronic Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card). If the Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without authorization, it will not be replaced or replenished. Neither O.com Gift Cards, Inc., nor Beyond, Inc., nor Overstock.com, Inc., nor Bed Bath & Beyond is responsible if the Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without the purchaser or recipient's permission.
FRAUDO.com Gift Cards, Inc. reserves the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITYNeither O.com Gift Cards, Inc., nor Beyond, Inc., nor Overstock.com, Inc., nor Bed Bath & Beyond, including their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and O.com Gift Cards, Inc.’s sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Accordingly, some of the foregoing limitation of liability provisions may not apply to you.
DISPUTESAny and all disputes relating in any way to Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Cards shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate O.com Gift Cards, Inc.’s or Beyond, Inc.'s, or Overstock.com Inc.'s or Bed Bath & Beyond’s intellectual property rights, O.com Gift Cards, Inc., Beyond, Inc., Overstock.com, Inc., or Bed Bath & Beyond may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Utah, USA and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
ISSUERBed Bath & Beyond Gift Cards are issued by O.com Gift Cards, Inc. O.com Gift Cards, Inc. is the sole obligor and debtor to the purchaser. O.com Gift Cards, Inc. may transfer its issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, and not O.com Gift Cards, Inc., will be the sole obligor to the Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card owner. O.com Gift Cards, Inc. has succeeded as the obligor and debtor for any and all Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Cards that may have previously been issued by CardFact V, Inc.
MISCELLANEOUSO.com Gift Cards, Inc. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its sole discretion, and any purchase of a Bed Bath & Beyond Gift Card after such change shall constitute acceptance to these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise required by law, these terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah (without regard to principles of conflicts of laws that would call for the application of the law of any other jurisdiction).
