Flatbreads make a great appetizer, and the clams on this one make it feel extra special. It's super easy to make, too!

Ingredients
1 flatbread – about 8 in in diameter
One 11 oz can of white clam sauce (with most of the juice drained)
1/4 cup sour cream 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella
2 green onions, finely diced
Fresh ground black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F, and put in flatbread in until it's a little crispy, about 10 minutes. Remove and spread with sour cream evenly all over the flatbread.

Mix the clam sauce and fresh garlic and spread on top of the sour cream. Top with mozzarella and bake about 10 minutes. Garnish with green onions and black pepper. Slice and serve.
