2 cups seedless watermelon balls
2 cups cantaloupe balls
2 cups honeydew melon balls
1 Tablespoon honey
4 teaspoons lime juice
4 teaspoons light rum
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
2 Tablespoons minced fresh mint, plus additional for garnish

Combine watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew balls in a medium bowl. Whisk together honey, lime juice, light rum, lime zest, and fresh mint. Pour over melon balls and toss to coat. Serve immediately garnished with additional fresh mint.
