Rosemary sprigs and cranberries give this cocktail such a festive holiday look. If gin isn't your thing it’s also great with vodka.
Ingredients
2 orange slices
Granulated sugar or decorative red or pink colored sugar
1 shot gin (1 ½ oz, 3 Tablespoons)
1/4 cup 100 percent pomegranate juice
1/4 cup cranberry lime or plain club soda
Ice cubes
Garnishes
Pomegranate arils or cranberries
Rosemary sprigs
Instructions

To sugar the rim of the glass, rub one of the orange slices around the rim. Spread sugar on a plate and dip rim of glass in sugar to coat.

Put remaining orange slice in glass and muddle with the end of a wooden spoon. Add gin and pomegranate juice and stir well.
Fill glass with ice and pour seltzer on top.
Garnish with pomegranate arils or cranberries and rosemary sprigs.
Notes
Bruise the rosemary a bit before placing it in the drink. It will release its pine-like fragrance and add a nice Christmas touch!
