I waited a very long time at customer pick up. Then I went shopping in the store and wanted to purchase items. There was only self check out and some of the items I was purchasing required a 50% off discount for clearance. I pushed the button for assistance and asked the young lady at customer pick up for help as well. I stood there for 7 minutes and no one came to assist. After waiting so long, I left the products in the cart I was going to purchase and left the store. The manager said she had call outs, but when I arrived there were two ladies greeting customers at the door as they walked in, but NO ONE to help at self check out. I get it that you want to save money by not paying cashiers, but at the cost of losing sales and customers is it really worth it???? I will not be back to that location, there is no help when needed
Item was not as shown online- different towels then pictured. I asked for the 20% in store pick up discount but was told I had to use it at the time of online payment. Only one item that I added that day was discounted
Two of the three items in my order were cancelled for not being in stock. This in itself isn't really a problem, but I did not see the emails until after my order was already delivered. With these items cancelled, I paid a $5 delivery fee and a $10 tip (I'm not going to punish the driver because items in my order weren't in stock) for a single $12 item. Had I known this was going to be the case I would not have placed the order for same day delivery in the first place. There should be a way to ensure that situations like this do not happen the store could have called me or perhaps the order could have been put on hold until I confirmed I still wanted delivery.
