This order was totally screwed up! To begin with I NEVER entered an order onliine. The system was so messed up I signed off. I have entered a number of online orders so I am familiar with the procedures. I went to Warrington and purchased 'in store' the coffee we needed. My wife received an order notice charging her account $239 which is the listed price of the coffee PRIOR to any discount! Now we are getting about $23 back per box, including a 20% discount. Further, I always got curb side delivery. The incorrect order sent to Wynwood was DELIVERED SAME DAY. How did that happen? I am returning the six Wynwood boxes this morning to Warrington and concerned I will only get refunded 23.99 or the discounted price. Someone, please call the Warrington manager and correct this. My driver was Migdalia - he was so nice!!!
When I arrived the associate was in an extended phone conversation for a woman who just decided her item was weeks overdue. The associate said she had to speak to the person on the phone. Then they debated the issue. When he handed her the phone I said I was there for a pick up & my husban had to leave there quickly,he was on call. He indicated the line up was the aisle next to him. No one was in line. I went there. He then said he was the only one working there . The checkout line could help me. I was the second person in when the store opened. Now I was being sent to a longer checkout line, 25 minutes after I had arrived just to pick up a pre-ordered and paid for item. I pushed the cart back where I got it and said forget it. He called to me and Saud he'd get my item. He couldn't find it. Someone came over and found it. It was an opened returned item that he put in my cart. The display was to my right. I picked up a new unopened item and handed him the one in the cart. He could have
