I was hoping to use the curbside pickup option but for whatever reason the site wasn't working, so I went inside, no big deal. I waited roughly 10 minutes at the checkout counter, where an associate and a manager were standing and talking, before I was even acknowledged. There was another associate at a different checkout line trying to help a customer that was waiting on the manager for help while he was socializing. I felt terrible for that associate because it was obvious that both he and the customer he was helping were becoming frustrated. When someone finally did speak to me, the manager said “ma'am is there a reason you're standing there, can I help you with something?” I explained that I was there to pick up an order, he got it for me and I said thank you and left. It was as if having a customer was an inconvenience for him. I was very disappointed how rude the staff is at our local BB&B, but this certainly is not the first negative experience I've had there. My items were all ready for pick-up however, one of the 2 - Tide Pods (42 ct) was not correct. One was ok but the other was wrong. It was a 21 ct. Tide, not the 42 ct I had ordered. My hubby will have to return the incorrect one tomorrow in order to get the balance of our paid order. The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and offered to exchange the wrong item for the correct one but it does require us to make another trip to BB&B to get our entire order.
