Can I still shop in stores?
Bed Bath & Beyond and buybuy BABY stores are open and serving customers as we continue our wind down process.
When will store closing sales start?
Store closing sales are underway. We encourage you to shop our stores regularly as new merchandise continues to arrive at locations across the U.S. and markdowns continue to expand. All merchandise is on sale and currently up to 50% off. Everything must go!
Can I still shop online?
Yes, customers can continue to shop online at this time.
Can I still use the Bed Bath & Beyond/buybuy BABY app?
No, customers can no longer shop via our apps. Bed Bath & Beyond and buybuy BABY stores are open and serving customers, and we encourage customers to shop their favorite products at deep discounts during our store closing sales.
I placed an online order but haven’t received it yet. Will it still be delivered?
We expect all in-stock orders will be fulfilled.
When will sales be final? Can I still make returns?
As of May 25, 2023, customers can no longer return or exchange merchandise. All items purchased during our ongoing store closing sales are “as is” and final sale.
Can I still earn and redeem my Welcome Rewards? Customers can no longer earn or redeem Welcome Rewards. However, we encourage customers to shop your favorite products at deep discounts during our store closing sales.
Can I still use merchandise credits?

Can I still use gift cards?

Can I still use coupons?
Customers can no longer redeem coupons.
Can I still use my Welcome Rewards Credit Card?
The Welcome Rewards® Mastercard® program and Welcome Rewards® Store Credit Card program will be discontinued and Welcome Rewards® Mastercard® and Welcome Rewards® Store Credit Card accounts will close. You can continue to use your card for purchases through July 31, 2023, at 11:59:59 EST. You can no longer earn Welcome Rewards® points on the card. Card holders will be receiving detailed information regarding this process.
Since you’re closing stores, can I cancel my membership for a refund?
Your membership is not eligible for a refund.
I’m registered with Bed Bath & Beyond / buybuy BABY. Is my registry still active? Will I receive all items from my registry?
Your registry data is safe, and you can still view your registry at this time. We expect to partner with an alternative platform where you will be able to transfer your data and complete your registry. No new registries will be created. We are focused on providing updates as quickly as practicable.
