Have an issue with an item from your order?


You may request a return or a replacement by mail for most items within 90 days of receiving your order unless otherwise noted by our Return Policy. If you’d like to make an exchange or return a damaged, defective, or broken glass item(s), here’s what you need to know:

Product damaged, defective, or broken glass:Click here to start the return process.
  1. Locate the item under your Orders.
  2. Click on Start a Return.
  3. Click/fill in pertinent information, and click Done.
  4. Hit Next for further instructions.
Missing Item:For assistance with an item that is missing, click Let's Chat.
Online Order:Click here to start the return process.

For online purchases that are being returned in-store, provide your original receipt or packing slip—lost your packing slip? Click here to print a new one. Click here to find your local store.
Buy Online, Pickup In-Store Orders:

Items picked in-store or via curbside can be returned to one of our stores.

The following exceptions apply:Truck Delivery, large & oversized items cannot be returned at a store location. Click here to determine if your item is a Truck Delivery item.
Additional Information:

Your item may not be available in your local store. In these cases, the store can provide a refund or process a replacement order if the item meets the requirements of our return policy.
