How do I opt-out of the BEYOND+ membership?


Online:

  1. Sign into your Bed Bath & Beyond Account.
  2. On the Account Overview page, scroll down until your see BEYOND+ or click BEYOND+ under Savings on the left side of the screen.
  3. From the My Account Overview page, select Manage Membership.
  4. Click 'Do not auto renew my BEYOND+ membership'.
    1. Note: If you do not opt-out of the auto-renewal, we will automatically upgrade you to a $29 membership into another year of BEYOND+ benefits!
  5. Click Confirm.

Mobile App (IOS & Android):

  1. Sign into your Bed Bath & Beyond Account.
  2. Click Manage next to BEYOND+.
  3. On the BEYOND+ page, the green bar will indicate that the membership is set to auto-renewal.
    1. Note: If you do not opt-out of the auto-renewal, we will automatically upgrade you to a $29 membership into another year of BEYOND+ benefits!
  4. If you wish to opt-out of the auto-renewal, simply click on the green bar. 
    1. The bar will appear grey and display the new expiration date underneath "Membership expires on".
