While we want everything to reach you on time and in perfect condition, that is not always the case. Please take a look at some common shipping issues below for instructions on what to do if you happen to run into one of them.

- If you've just received your shipment confirmation, some carriers can take 24-48 hours to update the tracking information.
Tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours
- USPS, Fedex Ground Delivery, and UPS Ground Delivery tracking will not update on weekends. Please wait until the next business day for the tracking to update.
- Fedex Home Delivery and UPS Home Delivery will not update tracking on Sunday or Monday.
- For delays due to severe weather, carrier outages, or unforeseen natural causes, please check the delivery carrier’s web site for updates.

You will receive an email once your Truck Delivery order has shipped. Within the email, there will be an option for you to opt into text alerts about your shipment. Additionally, the carrier will contact you to schedule your delivery appointment once it has arrived at the local delivery hub.
Yes, Bed Bath & Beyond does charge shipping based on the total cost of your order. In some cases, an additional fee will be charged for the shipment of oversized or overweight items. To see the current shipping services and fees, please click here.
How do I place an order for Same Day Delivery?
- Click here to begin shopping Same Day Delivery items.
- If the products are eligible for Same Day Delivery, you'll be able to select the Same Day Delivery option and add items to your cart.
- You will receive an order confirmation email from us showing your Same Day Delivery order has been placed.
- You will also receive communications from us once the item(s) have been picked up by your shopper and the order is on its way.
Can I make changes to my Same Day Delivery Order?
- Once the order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or guarantee cancellation of merchandise selected.
When will my Same Day Delivery order be delivered?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and US military addresses. If you're shipping to a PO Box, we may contact you for more information. Any orders shipping to US military addresses should go through our domestic checkout, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as our other international orders. To do this, you should shop as if shipping to an address within the United States.
Please note: Oversized items and items that ship directly from the vendor may not be deliverable to these addresses. Item(s) must be less than 70 lbs in weight and less than 108" in total length and girth.
