I've had these for about two weeks, and they seem to work fine. Because these are encased in polyethylene, they will not ice-down a beverage as quickly as regular ice, but they also won't dilute it. If you're drinking a chilled beverage and would like to actually taste the beverage until the very end, these will work perfectly well. If you're the sort of person who will nurse a pint for two hours, you may want to explore other options, as these cubes lose effectiveness after about 30 minutes. Stainless steel "ice" cubes may be what you want in that case. Each of these cubes is about 1" square, making it about half the size regular ice cubes. Based on that and the quantity of ice I use per day, I decided to buy four 30 packs of cubes. A standard ice cube bin will comfortably hold all 120 cubes, and can probably accommodate up to 150. With two bins, outbound frozen cubes can occupy one while inbound cubes to be re-frozen can go in the other.
It does keep your beverage cold but for 8 minutes. I would put four cubes in each glass and the water/liquid inside the cubes would melt after putting it in a room temperature, drink. Traditional ice cubes don't melt that fast. It's too bad, I was hoping for it to stay frozen longer.

These cubes work as expected. I am hoping they don’t every leak as I am not sure of the contents within.
Would be better if cube was smaller.
