360 S7 LiDAR Vacuum and Mop Combo Robot Cleaner in White

I really do love this little guy. I’ve had him for 2 days now and I’ve tan him numerous times on both mop and vacuum function. He was able to map my house really well. I like how you can adjust his vacuum suction to different levels. I haven’t tried max yet but will be doing so today. He doesn’t do the best with pet hair. It gets caught in the beater bar and you have to continually remove and clean it out. (4x when he vacuumed my living room) on the plus side it is very easy to remove and put back in. The mop function works fine it’s just like mopping with a swifter but with less energy. My only 2 complaints are that when I put him on the mopping function he always ends up trying to cross from my kitchen onto my carpet by a foot. Not a huge deal but a little frustrating because he gets stuck on the little lip with the mop head on and I have to go save him. My second complaint is that the mop head does not wet the cloth enough at first to do anything. So I wet the cloth then send him on his way with a full tank of water. Overall I like this purchase and it does save me from having to mop and vacuum everyday. But I wouldn’t say that you can throw out your regular mop and vacuum and only have this guy. For a deeper clean I will manually do both once a week. Oh and he is beautiful. Matte white with rose gold and Chrome accents.

This is more a review for Bed Bath & Beyond rather than the product. I really like shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond. I first look at your store for the item and if it is not available then I shop online. I would like to see the company do well and succeed. I feel, I also get the best price from your store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off after opening everything was neatly packaged and separated and easily organized. The app was easy to be downloaded onto our phones and user friendly. We set it up and got it running the first time and it was already mapping out our area. It got stuck only a few times that we quickly fixed but our home is not a square, it's an older home with odd angles. But it did great after those minor fixes! We haven't used the mop option yet because we have some remodel dust and we don't want to cause problems. The vacuum works great and we are very happy with it and it comes back and docks to recharge by itself. This is definitely making our home less work and more play. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

It comes with an app that syncs to the vacuum, and it maps out rooms and you can tell it not to go to certain areas. When it's low on battery, it automatically returns to its charging port, which is a great feature. The power of the suction is also great, and it will pick up both small and bigger objects (such as tiny pieces of paper) from the floor. It also has recognition technology so that it doesn't collide with objects or (my curious) pets. As a multi-story home, it's also great that it recognizes when there is a drop in the stairs and doesn't fall and break. The mopping feature is also amazing to go with the vacuuming!

It has a lot of features like scheduled cleaning, easy to use app, doesn't slam into furniture, maps multiple rooms, and you can tell it to avoid certain areas. It's an easy way to keep your floors clean in between deep cleans. It's great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum and mop combo works like a dream. It never misses a spot. It maps out the whole house so you can pick and choose which room to clean. App functionality works great. You can vacuum and mop at the same time. There are 3 modes for vacuuming. It came with extra filters for the mop function. I love that you can set a timer for it to clean. If you choose for it to vacuum the entire house and the battery gets close low, it will automatically go back to the charging station, charge the battery and then finish vacuuming what it didn't get to. It takes the stress away from vacuuming the floors after a long day of work. I would recommend this to anyone in the market for one.

After programing it determines best route to clean. You can also program "no go" areas that you want to avoid. Automatically adjust suction power based on floor type. This vacuum is able to clean my layered carpets in the bedroom. The mop has a three stage adjustment and can vacuum and mop your entire home. It is quiet and efficient and when it finishes cleaning it finds it way back to its charger to recharge. The program starts with the "I love to clean" voice. Program at night and wake up to a sparkling clean house. I love that it has a one year warranty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always wanted a robot vacuum but never pulled the trigger. I'm so glad I finally got this vacuum. I feel like I am finally in the future, what we thought the 2020's were going to look like. Upon opening the package, they offer different plugs for different countries for the charging base. That was a thoughtful feature! I scanned my phone on the QR code in the instructions and was brought right to the app to download. I was so impressed the first time the robot started cleaning and was learning the map of my house. I only had to move it a couple times when it got stuck, and both the app and the voice on the robot tells you that it's stuck. It makes nice, even lines where it vacuums. After the first cleaning, you can adjust the map in the app to indicate places where you don't want it to clean or just spot clean a certain area. You can also schedule cleanings. If you turn notifications on in the app, it will tell you when it's charging, if it's stuck, and when it's done cleaning. I get a kick out of when it says "I love cleaning" and finds its way back to the charging base perfectly when it's low on battery. You can also turn off the voice if that annoys you but I like it. I have a dog and I feel like my house is so much cleaner with less pet fur after I've been using this daily. If you are on the fence, you will not regret getting it!
