3M Command™ Damage-Free Hanging Medium Wall Hooks in Clear (Set of 2)

I have purchased several packs of these hooks. The first package wouldn't even stick to the walls and the second package tore paint off my walls when they fell down. These products have gotten horrible and cause more problems.

I put these two on my wall and before I could even grab the item I wanted to hang the one fell off the wall. So I cleaned the wall and tried again and with barely any pressure it fell off the wall.

Fell off wall within 3 days. The new clear tape doesn't adhere as well. Went back to using some previous tape I still had. All is well

I love Command Hooks. But these strips were dry and would not stick to wall. I guess they were old.

Could not use this product since the adhesive part was dried out. CAlled 3M and they said there is an expiration date to the adhesive part. Live to far to return it so- I sit with the hook part.

I think the product would have worked fine if the adhesive had not been so old that there was no stickiness at all. For $4+, all I could salvage were the clear plastic hooks and had to subsequently purchase elsewhere adhesive mounts. This was a final sale item so I took the risk. 3M usually makes good products.

I wanted a way to hang a scrub ball in the shower. I wasn’t sure it would hold since my tiles are not smooth. So far it has held fast. I guess my tile is just smooth enough to hold.

I tried these for the first time at Christmas after hearing multiple good reviews, however when I took it off the wall it took a patch of paint with it. My walls were painted over 4 years ago and I have nothing left to touch it up, so I'm really not happy. I would not trust these again.
