These Command products really do work as stated. This little gem helped me hang a picture in a matter of minutes (well okay, you have to wait 60 minutes before actually hanging just to ensure the item adheres to the wall before putting any pressure on it), but really, it was perfect and the framed print is still hanging two weeks later, so we're good to go! Highly recommend all these Command products
We bought these today to hang an awkward panoramic print. Initially thrilled to find these hangers...until we read the directions. The photo and colors didn't match so I came to the site to get some clarification. After reading the reviews, it's no wonder that many reviewers are saying that they don't work. The directions on the package and directions online are completely different (see photos). Am assuming the online directions are correct as they make more sense?! Neither one explains the smaller strips included or correctly lists the color for them. Considering the cost of the product and the piece you're hanging, using questionable directions is risky. Have loved other Command products but can't recommend this one.

The strips included are stabilizer strips that are intended to prevent the picture from moving unevenly to the left or right by attaching one to the frame and one to the wall on both sides of the picture. I had used these on seven different pictures (relatively light... probably 2 lbs a piece) for over three years in my apartment before I moved. None ever fell off. I can only assume the bad reviews are from people who didn't apply them properly. Or, in the case of mlg85's review, he clearly did not use the proper procedure for removing them (which is to pull directly down on the adhesive strip).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Watch out as this hanger's adhesive only holds for about 1.5 years. I had a 1 lb picture hanging from this hook that I placed in early 2019. I was sitting at my computer desk and this picture frame crashed to the floor, breaking the frame's glass. The hook was still attached to the frame's hook with the adhesive strip still attached to the hook. Needless to say, I was not happy. Yes 1.5 years sounds like time longer than one might keep their pictures in one location, but not at my house. Makes me wonder how many others are going to fall off the wall.

The way it's designed it was impossible to use the velcro picture hangers, and I didn't want to put nails in my walls. I was really nervous since it was my first time using this product, but it was so much easier to use than I expected! I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to hang something with nails, but doesn't want to put holes in walls!

We have used this product to hang out whiteboard calendar and had it on the wall for over a year with no issues! We just purchased more to hang a bulletin board and another whiteboard as the frame is a bit slippery and narrow and regular command strips weren't sticking well. These are by far my favorite innovation from command brand so far!
