AirBake® Nonstick 14-Inch x 16-Inch Cookie Sheet in Copper

Love this cookie sheet.....made some crescent roll things that had cheese in them and left the pan out over night and didn’t wash (I know I’m bad) in the morning I’m thinking oh this isn’t going to fun with this dried on cheese....took a paper towel and it just wiped clean.

I make a lot of butter cookies and use to have to grease and flour the tins, no need to do this with these tins, with the air space between the layers they do not burn. I liked them so much I replaced all my old cookie tins.

I love these cookie sheets! They are easy to clean. Cookies don't stick, as they did with my older cookie sheets -- which are now no longer in use! I also have purchased other copper pans, because they are so easy to clean.

This is a nice baking sheet. It is a good size to fit in a smaller oven. My cookies slid off easily without needing any spray or seasoning. It was easy to clean since nothing stuck to the sheet, just some soap & water. It was also a good price. I like the copper color too. The only issue I had was the 1st one I ordered came dented & the second one came with a small strange bubble on the finish. I ended up keeping it, but the quality is only okay. I have only used it once, so hopefully it will hold up over time and not warp or dent or the finish end up chipping off.

So far this has been a good cookie sheet. I've only used it a few times so I'm not sure how it will do long term but as of now I like it and would buy it again. Maybe after some more use I would give it 5 stars.

Used this for cookies...took few minutes longer than my usual baking time; however, my cookies baked evenly and nice & light.

I will never make a cookie using anything other than this product. The cookies browned just right and slid off so easily!!

I have used these sheets for 5 batches of cookies, 4 batches of scones. All baked better than my other cookie sheets, no air and aluminum air sheets.
