Everything the manufacturer says about this air purifier is true. How can you go wrong with something you just plug in! It's quiet, effective, and the light can be on, off, or anywhere in between. It takes up a minimal amount of space. Bed, Bath & Beyond saves you 20%.
I will have to return this because it makes the room so hot that it can't be tolerated and overworks the Air Conditioning so much that it can't even keep rooms cool to 77 degrees. I will have to return it.

We had previously purchased an Aris 3000 and wanted to get a second Aris 3000. When the Aris 3000 was not available, we purchased this unit. It does not have the same features as the Aris 3000 so returned the unit.
After 10 minutes of this being on, my brother started coughing non-stop. He has pulmonary issues and thought this would help but it was just the opposite for him. Turned it off, coughing settled down.
It doesn't work at all I took it back just a waste of energy, didn't find home any different than before.
This seems to be a nice air purifier. It is smaller and more compact than most other purifiers. Not sure exactly how to really know if its doing what its designed to do.
We love the sleek and small design of the purifier. It has no fan and therefore it is silent. As to whether it is working or not, we can see the light is on, but that is all we can go by. It is in our bedroom which is the most lived part of the apartment. Hopefully it is killing the germs.
Received this product but heard a noise inside the machine when moving or shaking the machine. I am guessing it might loose a small chip or even a part. Will return and not thinking a replacement.
Bought a couple years ago: it does NOT get hot, just warm.
