All-Clad B1 Nonstick Hard Anodized Nonstick 11-Inch Flat Square Grille Pan

i bought this to replace a Hamilton indoor grill (which replaced a George Forman grill before that.) this is my favorite! great price with best buy sale and coupon. easy to wash by hand, but apparently safe for dishwasher (i haven't tried.) does a fantastic job grilling. i cover with a vented cover while grilling.

This pan makes grilling vegetables and meats like pork chops and chicken breasts indoors so easy. The very best part is that it cleans up so easily. I bought additional pans for my sister and daughter.

I have a cast iron grill pan, but it’s hard to clean (food, grease gets stuck in the grill). I needed a new one, I saw this pan in the store and got it. It is larger than my cast iron, which is great because I wanted something larger than what I had. I grilled some shrimp kabobs, Icelandic cod, zucchini, asparagus on this pan- beautiful grill marks. It seems easy to clean (by hand/ dishwasher). It’s also oven safe up to 500. *Random note: I would recommend using bamboo skewers, metal ones would be too large for this pan (unless you have something to cut them, or if the pan was flat, etc).* The handle does not get hot while cooking on the stove. It did slip around on my gas stove, but it was not bad enough for me to want to return. Overall great pan. I’m looking forward to using it more often and maybe tossing/donating my cast iron grill pan.

I love this pan, I use it at least 3 days a week grilling chicken, pork chops, burgers etc. I like how it drains away all the fat. You won’t be disappointed.

I actually bought this grille pan because the one I've had for several years was used so often that the nonstick coating was not working as well as when it was new. Having been pleased with my first purchase of the same pan, I opted to buy the exact same one.

This is the 2nd All-Clad Nonstick Grille pan I've purchased. I used the first one so often once I finally broke down and bought it that the nonstick finish was starting to wear off. I don't know how I lived so many years without one. It's very good quality for the price. I love that it's dishwasher safe. I always give the dishwasher the first shot of getting it clean (after rinsing it off thoroughly first, of course). I can usually get whatever is left on the pan off by wiping it with a damp paper towel. As long as BB&B keeps selling these, whenever I need a replacement, I will most certainly get one!

It was time to replace my old Calphalon grill pan, but they were out of stock so I switched to the All-Clad based on the reviews. Did not disappoint. Heats up more evenly than the Calphalon and is MUCH, MUCH easier to clean. I've only used it for vegetables so far, so we'll see how it holds up to heavier use, but so far so good.
