This Allied Brass Dottingham Paper Towel Holder with shelf was one of the nicest, well constructed decorative paper towel holder I have seen. Unfortunately, I was having my bathroom remolded and it took an extraordinary time to be delivered (more than a month) and when it did arrive, my bathroom was finished and I had to return this gorgeous holder and go with something else from another vender.
This is a beautifully made towel holder, I have zero complaints about that. However, it’s described as “under the cabinet towel holder” ....which was listed in selection criteria as a type of “Mount.” The hardware provided is not for under cabinet mounting. Apparently, per instructions we had to search the internet to find (wasn’t so easy) is actually a wall Mount towel holder. Technically, I suppose one could choose to install it on a wall UNDER a cabinet, thereby fulfilling the description; however, the title is terribly misleading and for the cost involved (and shipping to return—it is not light) this is a pretty big problem. Customer service not helpful. Disappointing.

Have one of these and it is great. I ordered a 2nd one and it was destroyed in shipping. Sent back to BB&B. Have not heard back as to status of my replacement. Would appreciate follow-up!!!
Product is sized very well. Slightly difficult to attach to wall as screw is on bottom of connection. Otherwise very nice product; would buy again.
My only complaint is the price. Of course it's nice to see something of this high quality, but I'm sure they could sell it for much less and still make a good profit.
After waiting a month I just received this product and filled it up. I pumped and pumped and pumped and pumped and it gave me a partial drop of soap. It also looked like it had been usedand the no box...it was just wrapped in paper. Not the quality I expected for $100
I have always thought that paper towels should always be available in bathrooms, especially when guests are at your home. This is a classy way to have a papertowel holder with the glass gallery shelf to hold essential items comely used in bathrooms!
