Easy to use

Very masculine but quite cool. My son loved it for his condo.

First of all it took 2 phone calls and over a month for it to even ship. Then once I finally received it it was very disappointing. The bar was light weight and very cheap looking. I immediately returned it and found one less than half the price on Amazon. It even came with hooks. The last two purchases from Bed, Bath, and Beyond have been awful. I will NOT ne ordering from them again.

I was disgusted with this product!! It was not the color it appears to be, I went and spray painted it my self the color it was to be. It was NOT worth 75.00. You can buy all parts at your local hardware store for under 10.00. It was a waste of money and do not recommend this to anybody.

Looks sooo.. good. Sturdy and authentic!! Will get more from the Pipeline collection!

The concept was great to make a bathroom look fun and modern. The picture makes the ring look white...but it definitely stainless steel, which is what I read before I ordered. The only issue is the pipe sticks out to far from the wall so it just doesn't look right and when standing at the stink you got to be careful not to hit it when brushing your teeth/hair. Also, it took a while to get this product. It came from a 3rd party and not bedbath&beyond. Unknown if that was the reason. Unfortunately....it's going back.

Where is my item? You have had my money for almost 5 weeks

It’s gorgeous and clever and sturdy. Unfortunately, the brushed bronze color is not as pictured or described-it was gold/brass and I had to return it.
