It may look pretty but it’s not a good investment of one’s money. It isn’t engineered well, making it not durable or sturdy if it is not installed just so. I ignored other reviews that warned of its deficiencies. Now I am stuck with this useless hunk of metal and $500 poorer. Please, please do not buy this product. You will regret it. I learned the hard way. I wish I could have gotten my money back but I waited too long to install this rack during home renovations. Caveat Emptor!
This rack appears to be missing parts and of course I cannot do anything about it since I am now just installing it in the bathroom renovation that has been stalled from all the supply chain issues. Never again!
