Alterna Caviar 15.5 oz. Anti-Aging Hairspray

My hair hates holding a curl, but if I have a chance, this hairspray does the trick! It isn’t too heavy and still allows a reliable, yet flexible hold.

When I spray my hair with the new "Buildable Contol" it feels like concrete. The "new can" that apparently has not changed from this allowed me to spray my hair - it would hold but still felt like hair. I am so sad. The new one has 5 numbers across the bottom of the silver can. Do those numbers mean it comes in different control levels? I have used the Ultra-Dry Control spray for years and so sad I can no longer find it. Guess I go shopping for some other brand since it seems I have no other option.

This hairspray is great. I love the fine mist and it holds up fairly well. Compared to other brands I don’t think this holds as much as others. For reference I have thick, semi wavy hair. I also think this hairspray is lightweight and doesn’t weigh my hair down. Not sure about the anti-aging claims but overall the hairspray did a decent job.

This is my favorite hairspray! It keeps my hair in place without that helmet-head feel. It also smells amazing - fresh and slightly citrusy. The large can lasts forever because a little goes a long way.

Decent product does good job. Handled humidity pretty good for my waist-long hair. I don’t like the smell and how long it stays on but it’s my personal preferences so I can’t remove star. I don’t think I’ll buy again just because of smell

Literally anything alterna is a 10/10. This is a perfect hairspray for someone who doesn’t like hairspray and wants their hair to be touchable but voluminous

One of my favorite hairsprays out there! I used to live in Florida and this stuff makes sure your hair stays frizz free and holds style in place! The scent is also not too overpowering, which is great for me!

I have been using this for years, I like that it doesn't leave my hair "sticky" or "hard" but offers a decent amount of hold. It does not really have a scent and the bottle seems to last awhile. I would definitely continue to purchase again. Sometimes I do add in additional texture spray as well, depending on how I am styling my hair and the season.
