The outside is made to resist scratches and easy to keep clean. The double zipper teeth work friction free and the roll lock is easy to use. I set the simple lock to a number that is easy for me to remember and off we go.

The handle is adjustable and doesn't get stuck, the wheels are 360 spinner wheels rather than my old one was not and it was really hard to wheel around and best of all there is a TSA lock!! This is luxury. Easy for organization and durable for wear and tear.
