Once it's locked on the surface it won't budge. A very strong fit. As most things these days its made generally of plastic but seems strong enough.
Absolutely worthless, will not suction to the side of a brand new shower wall and that's empty with no weight on it. Just falls off, gave up after many tries by several persons. It does come with a stick on attachment, I'm just reluctant to put it on at this time. Don't trust the entire product at this point.

the problem was the suction doesn't hold it on the wall. then I took the mounting bracket and siliconed it to the wall. now it works perfect. I like it so much that I wanted to get one for a family member. Sadly they are out of stock. I gave it 3 stars b/c of the silicone issue. but other that that it's great. if you can live with silicone issue, it's great.
Disappointed. The product does not adhere to the tile either using the suction or adhesive. The handheld shower head appears to be too heavy for this wall holder.
Going to buy another one, it’s worth it. I like that I can put it anywhere and it I don’t need it, I use the regular shower head holder. I notice a few reviews said it won’t suction but it does. Try to get the wall and suction wet first and that helps keep it in place during the shower.
The suction on this bracket does not work. It does not hold.

took a while to figure out how to install on wall - it did fall down 1st time - used the glue on back, Still cannot figure out how to use the suction cup instead - shower head sometimes falls down
I bought this about 3.5 years ago. The suction comes loose every so often but so does all of my other super suction cups I use for other things. I ordered a similar one on amazon because the plastic on this one was cracked. Still holding but won't be for long. The one I got on amazon won't even hold the handle because the holder part was too small. Get this one!!! It angles at many different degrees and suction is good!! I am going to order another one!
