Thi product did not function well on cooling mode

It helps, but if you live in a hotter climate, the ice will melt too quickly. There's not enough insulation on the water/ice compartment. A rigged styrofoam cooler would work better for less money.

I fell asleep near this cooling fan and would wake up every so often with difficulty breathing. I'd cough hard to open my lungs up. IDK why this product is causing this health issue. It's actually very frightening to experience this. It doesn't blow cold air as described. And it leaves water around the base on the floor. Quickly makes the air in the room warm and dry. Could possibly suffer from asphyxiation if you don't wake up and clear your lungs. Very scary. Be careful.

This is a really nice product clears the air and keep the room cool for up to 16 hours.

Didn't even last through the summer with only overnight use. Started spitting water last year (2021) after about 2 months, by the end of summer use after only 4 months was leaking. Tried setting up again this week due to high temps, and I've had to put a large plant saucer to trap the leakage. I've tried contacting the company ...phone people are nice but you have to fill out an online help request...still waiting...

This tower doesn't seem to make a difference even on the hottest day in my kitchen. Just blows around hot air. It's good as a fan tower that's about it.

I would not recommend this item.

This unit did not do what was advertised for. It act like light fan. I followed the suggestions to cool off the filter in the freezer, but zero difference. The unit had something loose in site as well. Made loud noise and shook strongly unexpectedly. I return it.
