Small enough to be unobtrusive. I can take it with me hiking and know if I meet up with the bear or turn my ankle I have something other than just dumb luck on my side. I hope I never need it but I know I can count on it and keep in my pocket always ready!
The sound isn't loud enough to scare anything!!

These were on sale for a great price. I bought a bunch in different colors and gave them as gifts. Everyone loved them! They are loud!
The idea is awesome. But the dependability is useless. I would say it works once out of every ten times you pull it. The lever inside the unit is broken/faulty.
I actually bought 15 of these because they were on clearance and I passed them out to girl friends and relatives. Everyone thought it was great! Several of them were going to carry it as protection when they are out walking because it would definitely scare stray dogs koff!
Bought this for my gdaughter who is in her Sophomore year in college.
When I tried this out I had to quickly shut it off....sooooooooooo LOUD! I got 9 total for my kids/siblings...so glad I did!! Feeling more confident out/about!
I bought 4 of these for myself and friends, they are great! I went back to buy more and there were none left. I hope you bring this product back. Love your store and promotions.
I got these for my kids and myself because its always better to be safe than sorry especially with the craziness in the world. These are perfect for hiking just incase a mountain lion approaches or animal or other human or if you need help . Also if my kids are lost in a store or park. They do drift off at times and with these I could find them faster.
Seems reliable and useful. But, Haven't used yet.
