This product is horrible! Purchased new from the store and it was broken (noise/lights) right out of the box. Buy buy baby exchanged, no questions asked and the second one had the same issue! Finally called kids2 warranty and it’s been a headache to replace. My baby is already crawling so it’s useless now and I still don’t have the replacement. Stay away from this play mat. It’s a waste of money.
Bought this playmat for our twins! It is plenty big enough!!! The sensory pieces are amazing!! The first one we bought was sold with batteries in it and they were corroded! We went to the store and returned and exchanged no problems! Brought the second one home also sold with batteries (yay we didn’t have to spend the extra $) the batteries sound machine started glitching and the speaker was making weird sounds so we switched out the batteries! It seemed to fix the problem for a few uses. Then the sound and lights would work intermittently when our babies would kick and the sound box would jiggle it would work there is clearly a connection issue. At this point we do not have the ambition to exchange it again!!! But overall disappointing for the price and the brand I would have thought we would have received a better product that was more reliable and quite frankly safe for our children!

my 2 month old baby loved this mat and all the sounds but the music started glitching and eventually just made this scary noise after about a month of use.

I bought this product and my baby loved it. After a few days of having it home the lights and music would freeze and a loud buzzing sound would start until it was turned off and restarted. Returned to the store and the new one did the same thing. So disappointed!

Received as a gift at baby shower in December. We have been using it one month now. The noise box has glitched since opening it. It works less than 50% of the time and otherwise it makes an annoying buzzer sound like it’s jammed up. Ironically the customer service support tag is attached to the noise box. No one answers and the office is always closed. I read other reviews on the manufactures website of others having the same issue. Without this issue this would be baby’s #1 hang out spot.

I wash it on cold with like items and it is slowly coming apart after a few washes. I think it’s priced too high to be this fragile.
My son has been using this mat for 9 months now. He loves it! I see a lot of comments about the sound not working properly. Our sound started acting weird so we replaced the batteries and it’s been fine since. We love this activity mat.
