I love love love this flat iron!!! Super fast heat up & cools down quickly. It has trimmed my time down from 30 minutes to 5-10 minutes to straighten my hair. It makes my coarse curly hair pin straight. It does not fry my hair or burn it and it glides over my hair like glass. It does not tug or pull my hair. I cannot express how easy it is to use and how much I love it! If this flat iron dies, I will buy another one! The only thing I would change is to add an auto shut-off feature.
I had this for less than a year before it stopped working. I was able to get a replacement under the warranty but it took about 10 weeks and I had to pay for shipping. The replacement stopped working after 8 months. I've had much cheaper flat irons that worked just as well as this one and lasted way longer. Definitely not worth the money.

I just received my flat iron and I am very disappointed ! It was scratched on one of the plates. I will be returning this for sure. This was not a new product they sent me a returned product very poor quality they should of inspect their products out!!
