This is the best hair dryer purchase I've ever made. I used to own the T3 for about 6 years, and it was a reliable dryer that I was overall happy with. It blew my hair super fast, but only had one heat and speed setting, and also a cold shot button with one nozzle head. While it dried my hair fast, it often left my hair overly dry with little shine. After dropping it once after 4 years of owning, it cracked in certain areas and never quite worked the same, and then finally I had to get a new hair dryer when I packed the T3 in my luggage on a recent trip and my luggage had clearly been mishandled, and the T3 was broken inside. I decided to try the BaByliss brand because I had heard such great reviews on it. Boy, am I glad I listened to the reviews! It has 3 heat and 3 speed settings, thus I can blow dry my hair on a lower speed and heat setting, which makes my hair look SO much better and not overly friend, like the T3 did. The BaByliss also leaves my hair with lasting shine and manageability, plus comes with multiple nozzle heads (I think 4, including the diffuser) and thorough instructions for which nozzle head to use to achieve a certain hair look. It also is very lightweight and small for ease in handling and packing. Ladies (and gents!), look no more when it comes to the best hair dryers, because THIS IS IT!!
I got this dryer because of the good reviews, but it just doesn't dry my hair as fast or as straight as my previous one (Rusk Speed Freak). My Hair is thin and has a medium wave to it & is by no means difficult to straighten but this drier takes longer than my previous one did and the slightest humidity (which is high in Miami) will bring out some waves again. The only thing I like is that it's lightweight, but other than that it is very loud, not hot enough, and way too pricey.

The low settings on this dryer blow way too much air, and it is way too hot. As a result, even with a diffuser my hair was left much frizzier than with the $15 Conair I used to have. I also have a European voltage Rowenta that is also much, much gentler on hair than this, even though it is 2300W. This dryer is also very loud, although that would not bother me much if it actually worked.

Not too heavy. Heat is good temp and won’t burn your hair. Cool shot is easy to use. 4 star due to not having a lower setting. Needs a lo and high. This is med and high. I would recommend to friends.

I've had alot of hairdryers in my life time and by FAR this is the best one I've ever had! My hairdresser has used hers for years and my hair always looks so much fuller after she blowdrys my hair. So I decided to just get this dryer...definitely worth the money!! My hair is fuller, shinier and softer after using this. It's very powerful so it takes me half the time to blowdry my hair now...that's probably a big reason why my hair looks healthier and shinier now. Definitley worth the money...highly recommend!!

I bought this when my favorite hair dryer died and I couldn't find the same brand anywhere as it was sold out everywhere I looked. I tried a couple of other dryers before ending up with this one. It has all the features I require, but it doesn't have the power my old one had. I kept it because it does the job and overall I'm happy with it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the power not being as strong as what I was used to.

This is a great dryer for blow outs. It's a little trickier for curly hair. I use a Segbeauty diffuser on mine because I can adjust the air holes. You need to hover diffuse to set your cast before getting any closer or you could cause frizz because it's so powerful. But it does dry my hair faster than the conair i was using. Even the cool setting is effective for drying.
