I usually buy a less expensive brand thinking getting my hair dry quickly is the only feature needed for a blow dryer. But, after using this one, I now know the value of a better product. There is a noticeable difference in the volume I can get for my soft, straight hair. The settings (hot, warm, cool) are distinct and the placement of the switches has prevented me from changing settings just by holding the dryer. The unit is smaller than my old Conair yet it has more power and control. All comments are positive for this product including the exterior red satiny finish! The only feature I wish was different is the cord length. The 9 foot cord seems more suitable for a professional stylist than for a home user. It adds unnecessary bulk during storage. I'd rather spend less for a dryer, but if this one lasts, it will have been worth it.
I loved this blow dryer but unfortunately it does not last. I purchased it about a year ago and it doesn't get as hot as it used to which makes drying time go way up and hair doesn't look as good. Only used on myself so should last more than a year.

Probably one of the best hair dryers I have purchased. Leaves my hair soft and without frizz. Only disappointment is the cord is extra long. Works great with fine curly hair. I spend less time with my flat iron.

I bought this hair dryer to replace the same hair dryer that my granddaughter dropped. The old one was still working, but I felt the casing was getting too hot. I love this dryer. I have thick, curly hair and this gets my hair dry and under control in record time!

I have both the regular size for daily use and the small travel size and they work wonderfully. The first time I used the larger one, I noticed a difference in my hair. I had been using a hairdryer that left my hair frizzy and dry. This one leaves it really smooth - feels good for my hair. I took the smaller one to Paris, France and did not have to use a converter since it's made in France.
