Bought this hairdryer for its size and weight. It is easy to use with arthritc hands. Has 2 speeds but no control for heat which I wanted, but find I do not miss it since the speed contol seems to adjust the heat.
Brand new out of the box it lasted 3 minutes & shut down. I let it cool off for 10-15 minutes and tried again .....it lasted less than 1 minute!! Returning it tomorrow

This is my second one, the first I bought 10-15 years ago. I love this hair dryer for the fact that is small, travel and light weight. I an getting old and have long hair. This makes it easier to dry my hair without my arms giving out. BBB had this at the best price. Happy happy happy.

Paint gets sticky and it’s hard to use. You go to Bed Bath and Beyond Store and they say if you don’t have the receipt and it’s more than 60 days, we cannot do anything about it. Very disappointed. BBB was never like that. There were no managers around when I asked.

This is a great travel dyer. Pretty powerful and easy to hold. HOWEVER, the red paint peels off gradually (maybe the paint needs to be more impervious to heat. IT comes off on the counter, on clothes, in a suitcase, etc. Now it's probably not lead maint, but who wants red paint all over your clothes? Is this safe? I would send pictures if they let me.
