I ordered a large quantity of these for xmas gifts. Several lids were damaged. How can I get them replaced?
Still don’t have items and absolutely have no clue when it will be here.

just delivered. weird that one jar has a big glass piece inside. the jar not broken /damaged. packaged well by BB&B . no broken pieces . but guess not safe to use. maybe manufacturer’s poor packaging. a hassle to return just because of one jar. otherwise very good size jar , handy for various home needs.
Of the 3 flats 2 have reveal broken jars. This is for an upcoming wedding project. How do I get them replaced???? Thank you
The jars ended up being a bit smaller than I thought. The lid itself I don’t like very much because the ring comes off first and then you have to pry the actual cover with your nails. I’d rather just unscrew and have everything come off at once. Overall the glass is heavy and thick and it’s fallen on the floor various times and never broke. If you use these jars for cooking on a daily basis ( like I do), just make sure to unscrew the covers before cooking so that you don’t waste time opening them.
I love the size of these for canning salsa and sauces. Perfect size and easy to use.
It wasn't clear to me that these jars came with lids. So, I ordered lids separately.
High quality jars that I use over and over again.
These jars are super awesome!
