Ballarini La Patisserie 10-Inch Loaf Pan in Black

Used it twice. Second time I made sure to oil it generously.... the bread still broke when removed from the pan. Soap and soft sponge did not clean it. Stronger sponge scratched it. It looks terrible and I will not use it again.

I use this pan so much. It is great for meatloaf, raisin bread, icebox cakes and so much more. The nonstick coating makes it so easy to use and clean and gives great browning as well. It is very lightweight but also sturdy.

These pans are measured on the top outside which is much larger than the acrual usable space. Much too small and narrow for home made bread

This Italian bakeware is wonderful. I like that this pan is longer than the average loaf pan. Nonstick coating is very durable and works well.

A slightly different shape on this Italian-made loaf pan, so you need to adjust your bake time accordingly. I love that it is longer and not as deep, so your loaves, meatloaf, breads and pasta dishes can all still be baked in this pan, with less cooking time. Slides right out when finished, as the surface is non-stick. Easy to clean; hand wash is recommended.

Add a little uniqueness to your banana bread or other loaf recipes with this pan that is slightly longer and more shallow than a typical loaf pan. Adjust the baking time down a bit and you will have a beautiful loaf that produces more petite full slices. Don't just stop and loaf breads though, feel free to use this for meatloaf, baked pastas or other recipes.

I generally don't love dark colored bakeware, but these loaf pans, both the 10-inch and 12-inch, are really good. they cook so evenly and because of the shape, the adjustment for dark pans is minimal. The non-stick finish is great for terrines/meatloaf.

Great construction, light weight, no hot spots. Awesome non stick coating is very durable. Love that it's longer and more shallow. Perfect for banana bread and meatloaf.
