Bought this to replace my old Sonicare about 6 months because none in stock at store. The head falls off way too easily. Doesn’t click in to hold tight. Will be throwing it out & purchasing a new Sonicare online.

I'm really bummed because this toothbrush made my teeth even worse! I have been using the Burst tooth brush for over a year now and have been super impressed with their customer service but the tooth brush itself did not clean my teeth. I was left with a large dark stain on my front tooth that disappeared within a week of switching to another brand. My gums started to bleed every time I would brush- another thing that was gone when I switched brands. The customer service was worth the 3 stars but the tooth brush itself actually didn't clean my teeth or gums at all.

I am so happy I chose Burst!! I had been using Quip for the last 2 years and was never really satisfied, I liked that refills were convenient but i always saw plaque left on my teeth after brushing and I felt like the brush wasn't comfortable in my hand. Burst has very convenient refills but the brush is also amazing. It feels great in my hand and my teeth feel so clean! I like that 3 different settings are offered. The price is affordable but the quality is comparable to more expensive tooth brushes. I highly highly recommend!

Hands down the best tooth brush!! Definitely has helped so much improve plaque sore.

It's not for my face! It's for my ears! It's a wonderful help for me to put in my hearing aids! It's 'tall' so I no longer have to slump in my chair to see what I'm doing and the mirror itself is huge! And kudos to the person who wrapped it! It arrived with nary a scratch! Thank you!

I've been using Quip (my first ever electric toothbrush) for the last few years but have wanted something a little softer for a while because Quip's bristles aren't very soft and it hurt my gums. I did my research and decided on Burst. I've had Burst a couple days now and can confidently say that Quip is absolutely pathetic compared to Burst. With Burst, you can actually feel the vibration on your teeth and gums, with Quip it was fairly weak and you mostly felt it in the handle. As stated Burst is also much softer. Overall I'm way happier with Burst than I ever was with Quip. BURST PROS: - Soft bristles, good for sensitive gums - Rechargeable - Refills are actually cheaper than Quip - Teeth feel a lot cleaner than they did when using Quip or a manual toothbrush BURST CONS: - A little bulky - A little more expensive than Quip - Takes a little getting used to the level of vibration, it tickles at first - Brush head is a little small Again, overall though I'm really happy with this toothbrush so far. I actually ordered one for my fiancé too.

Bought this in store three months ago. It is soft and plush but it will not stop shedding. There are blue strings of fabric all over the house from this thing. The first week or two it happens I get it, maybe even a month because of how plush it is. It’s been three months and shows no sign of slowing down! Ever day, stuck in my work boots, in kids shose down the stairs in the bedroom absolutely everywhere did I get one that wasn’t glued or something?!?!?! I’ve tried vacuuming it in the hopes of getting the last “loose ones” they just keep coming. If it stoped shedding it would be an easy 5 star review.
